Jacques Deneef, who lives in Antwerp, is a unique and unconventional artist who defies categorization due to his diverse range of styles and techniques. He believes that his strength lies in his ability to create without being limited to one specific style. Unlike traditional artists, Jacques’ works are diverse, and there is no common thread running through them, except for his exceptional compositional skills. Deneef’s artistic approach allows him to experiment and explore different forms of expression, resulting in a body of work that is constantly evolving and surprising.

Jacques Deneef studied advertising at Saint Luc college in Brussels and started working in the sector. He later designed for the prestigious Delvaux label between 1996 and 2003.

In 2003, he decided to work as an independent designer creating new products and providing development consultancy in sectors such as furniture and accessories, for Marie’s Corner and Ethicraft ,as well as textiles, decoration, lighting for Davidts Lighting and jewelry.
